Sam Williamson visited our swimmers on 28 February to share insights into his swimming journey and his success at the Commonwealth Games, where he won one gold medal, two silver medals and one bronze medal in Breaststroke. Our swimmers had the opportunity to ask questions about training, nutrition and what motivates him in the sport. Sam also observed a training session and provided practical tips and feedback to support the swimmer’s development. This was a great opportunity for our team to listen and learn from the best.
