Mandy Pawluk – President

Mandy is the President of the Cardinia Piranhas Swimming Club and an experienced teacher with over 25 years’ experience, having worked with both primary and secondary students in the state and private systems. She has taken on numerous coordination and management roles throughout her career and currently runs her own business, consulting with new teachers, schools, parents, and students to support professional development and learning outcomes. Mandy has been involved in swimming for seven years, inspired when her son took up the sport, and she brings extensive experience from her involvement in other sporting clubs, including basketball and netball. She is passionate about creating an environment where all swimmers can succeed, feel a sense of belonging, and have fun in the water.

Erin McInerney – Vice President

Erin has been proudly involved with the Cardinia Piranhas Swimming Club for the past three years and currently serves as Vice President. A lifelong local, she has watched the club grow from a small community group into a competitive force in junior swimming. As a school teacher, Erin is passionate about youth development and has supported children across various sports, including basketball, soccer, and swimming. Within the club, her focus has been on strengthening its foundations to support sustainable growth. It has been incredibly rewarding for her to help shape the club’s future and witness the rising talent and enthusiasm in the swim community.

Julia Grave – Secretary & Competition Secretary

Julia has served as Secretary of the club for the past five years, keeping operations organised and running smoothly. With strong attention to detail and a passion for all sports—particularly swimming—her administration skills have helped the club prosper and grow in recent years. Julia is committed to providing an environment where all swimmers can achieve their best. Outside of swimming, she breeds Highland ponies and Norwegian Fjord horses and has a keen interest in equestrian activities.

Adam Jaworski – Treasurer

Adam is the Treasurer of the Cardinia Piranhas Swimming Club and brings 20 years of experience across financial management, operations, and business and strategic planning. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he focuses on identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement, ensuring the club is financially strong and well-managed. Adam is passionate about helping the club develop in ways that allow all swimmers to achieve their best, combining his professional expertise with a commitment to supporting the swim community.

Jad Carrozza – Club Registrar

Jad Carrozza is the Registrar of the Cardinia Piranhas Swimming Club and the owner of Cleanamax Cleaning Services, a successful business servicing over 300 homes, offices, and commercial premises across the Cardinia Shire. A proud parent of two daughters who swim for the club, Jad brings a personal connection and dedication to her role. Before running her own business, she worked as a Personal Assistant for several major global companies, including BP, Liberty Petroleum, NRMA Insurance, IBM, Cadbury Schweppes, and Victoria Police. She also volunteered for four years at Chairo Christian School, demonstrating her commitment to supporting her community. Jad combines strong organisational skills, professionalism, and a caring approach to support the Cardinia Piranhas and its swimmers.

Tony Carrozza – Sponsorship Manager

Tony Carrozza is a Sponsorship Team Member for the Cardinia Piranhas Swimming Club and the owner of Carromax, specialising in creating advertising and marketing strategies for businesses. A proud parent of two daughters who swim for the club, Tony combines his professional expertise with a personal passion for supporting young athletes. Over his career, he has worked with a range of high-profile brands, including Tennis Australia, the Australian Open, Medibank International, Brisbane International, Fed Cup, Davis Cup, Jefferson Ford, President Ford, Nunawading Toyota, HSV Holden, Honda Queensland, Dandenong Nissan, South Yarra Volkswagen, GP Batteries, Black & Decker, Mistral, Reebok, Karcher, and the Carlton Football Club. Tony has also volunteered at the Pakenham Lions Netball Club, and he is committed to helping the Cardinia Piranhas grow, thrive, and provide opportunities for all swimmers to achieve their best.

Melinda Eagleton – Social Media Manager

Melinda has over 20 years of experience as a graphic designer, working in newspapers, agencies, and now freelancing on projects ranging from print to interface design and illustration. A passionate supporter of grassroots sports, she played professionally in the Australian Netball League and understands the importance of developing strong foundations in athletes. Melinda has two daughters who swim for the Cardinia Piranhas, and she brings her creativity, experience, and sporting insight to support the club and its members.

Erangi Imbulana

Erangi Imbulana, CPA, ACMA, CGMA, BSc Eng. (Hons.) is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant and Engineer, and the Director of a finance and mortgage broking company. A former elite athlete, Erangi proudly represented Sri Lanka in swimming at the 2003 World University Games in Daegu, South Korea.

Kelly Cuckson

Kelly is a dedicated primary school teacher with over 20 years of experience, specialising in both classroom education and the performing arts. A lifelong local, she began her working life as a swim teacher and has continued to share her passion for learning and movement ever since. Outside of teaching and running her three kids around, she also teaches ballroom and Latin dancing. Kelly loves seeing children try their best and believes that health, fitness, and happiness are goals everyone can achieve.
