We are incredibly proud of our captains, Ellie and Zac, who were nominated and selected to take part in Swim Victoria’s Beyond the Pool Leadership Program. They attended their first session last week at MSAC, where they had the opportunity to hear from a number of inspiring speakers and connect with young leaders from swimming clubs across Victoria. The Beyond the Pool program is designed to develop leadership skills that extend beyond the pool, helping participants grow as leaders within swimming and the wider community. We look forward to seeing Ellie and Zac embrace this fantastic opportunity, build new connections and continue to develop their leadership skills.
